The New House
Please recognize the house is newer than the traditional one, but from the 80s. We want to rent the house to a single person, a couple or a small familiy with not more than 4 persons. Keeping a cat is O.K., but no dogs. Almost all windows have outside shades.
Ground Floor
The ground floor has the bathroom with shower and toilet (it ist he only one), kitchen with refrigerator dish washer, stove etc. and also enough space for eating.
The hallway contains a heating chimney which can be used – as that one in the living room. You do not need the chimney for heating the house. It is a convenience feature.
Another room is available for children, guests or home office.
First Floor
The first floor has the sleeping room with a wardrobe and a double water bed, a huge living room with heating chimney (additional to central heating) and two other rooms for home office or children or guests. If you want to use the chimney, we will order wood for you and show how to use it.
Crossing the living room you will reach a 80 square meter roof terrace which can be used for relaxing, BBQ etc.
Basement
The basement has infrastructure to use a landry dryer and washing machine. You can also store goods there. The pellet heating for both houses is located in the basement, which makes it rather warm in winter (15 degrees Celsius).
